George Doumanian performs a 1st Time Home Buyer Closing for A Notary On The Go client

First time home buyers have until April 30 to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit. A Notary On The Go has been handling a lot of the closings for many of these new homeowners.

All contracts must be closed by June 30 to be eligible for the tax credit. It’s exciting to see new first time home owners getting the opportunity to live the American dream of owning a home.

A Notary On The Go also does loan modifications, which require a notary for witnessing. Loan modifications are helping homeowners lowering mortgage payments, and possibly even save their home.
